How great that there is a plan and people watching out for pets. Not just for the sake of the pets, but people have died trying to save their pets in a disaster.
Thank God my lot are microchipped. My cell phone, home phone and sister’s phone numbers are all registered with the company in the event we were to be seperated.
There were tornado warnings last night and we were up at midnight with the sirens. My game plan involves us piling the dogs into my car and my husband/son in the other and to get out of dodge.
That’s pretty good that a city has that plan in place for pets during natural disasters like that. I can’t believe a rottweiler was carried away. Can’t imagine seeing that. I’m glad those dogs ended up OK.
