Have you ever wished holiday shopping for all of your family and friends could be as simple as shopping for your dog? With less than two weeks until Christmas, we are frenzied trying to secure that “perfect gift” for each of our loved ones. Every year, about this time, it just seems to get crazy!

If only I could shop for everyone, the way that I shop for my dog. Whatever I wrap my dog - will be met with ecstatic tail wagging and sincere appreciation. Her wants are so basic - dog food, treats, and toys. I know she prefers the super premium dog foods, crunchy tasty treats, and cuddly squeaky toys. Simple! Sitting on my comfy couch in my PJ’s - armed with a laptop - I surf to k9cuisine.com. 5 minutes, 37 seconds later - mission accomplished. A 30 pound bag of food, peanut-butter banana treats, sweet potato fries, rawhide bone, cow plush stick buddy, squeaky flea, pink flamingo, a big old tortoise - and I picked up free shipping to boot! Shopping complete!

No racing for premium parking. No cranky, coughing and hacking crowds. Just sitting here peacefully waiting for Fed Ex to deliver … and wishing I didn’t have to go out and fight those crowds to score perfect gifts for my two-legged family and friends! Hmmmm…if I went back to k9cuisine, the super premium dog foods claim to be human grade …..???? Probably - Better not! With only 10 shopping days left - as I head for the overcrowded shopping mecca’s I ponder why we can’t be more like our furry friends - such simplistic needs and desires!
