Christmas Shopping Frenzy

Have you ever wished holiday shopping for all of your family and friends could be as simple as shopping for your dog? With less than two weeks until Christmas, we are frenzied trying to secure that “perfect gift” for each of our loved ones. Every year, about this time, it just seems to get crazy!

If only I could shop for everyone, the way that I shop for my dog. Whatever I wrap my dog – will be met with ecstatic tail wagging and sincere appreciation. Her wants are so basic – dog food, treats, and toys. I know she prefers the super premium dog foods, crunchy tasty treats, and cuddly squeaky toys. Simple! Sitting on my comfy couch in my PJ’s – armed with a laptop – I surf to k9cuisine.com. 5 minutes, 37 seconds later – mission accomplished. A 30 pound bag of food, peanut-butter banana treats, sweet potato fries, rawhide bone, cow plush stick buddy, squeaky flea, pink flamingo, a big old tortoise – and I picked up free shipping to boot! Shopping complete!

No racing for premium parking. No cranky, coughing and hacking crowds. Just sitting here peacefully waiting for Fed Ex to deliver … and wishing I didn’t have to go out and fight those crowds to score perfect gifts for my two-legged family and friends! Hmmmm…if I went back to k9cuisine, the super premium dog foods claim to be human grade …..???? Probably – Better not! With only 10 shopping days left – as I head for the overcrowded shopping mecca’s I ponder why we can’t be more like our furry friends – such simplistic needs and desires!

Why K9Cuisine?

We are often asked by friends and customers how/why we launched K9cuisine. The truth is, our company was founded out of a love for our dog and the frustrations we found in trying to provide her with a consistent supply of healthy foods.

After a couple of years of frustration sampling various online stores, receiving poor service, and paying astronomical shipping fees, we were convinced there was a niche in this market for providing the following.

· wider selections of highly nutritious dog foods and durable pet products

· free shipping or minimal shipping charges when necessary

· rapid order turnaround

· strong communication with customers regarding order status

Thus K9Cuisine.com was launched. Our goal was to provide the highest quality dog nutrition and dog accessories available with unsurpassed customer service. We have been extremely particular about the foods, treats, and toys we carry. We will not sell anything we would not give our own pets.

Since the day we launched our site, I am pleased to report that we have celebrated month to month increases of 50%+. We routinely receive great feedback from many of our customers. Our Bizrate rating is consistantly 97% positive or better. And while our customer base is expanding we are most pleased with the large percentage of customers who keep coming back.

We feel blessed, to be providing service in an industry we believe in. We have wonderful customers who are as committed as we are to improving their pet’s health. We know we are very fortunate to work in what is truly a labor of love!
